Terms of Service

1. Service description

HookLab is a SaaS tool that uses the public YouTube Data API and AI models (Anthropic Claude) to generate content recommendations for YouTube channels. We are not affiliated with Google/YouTube nor Anthropic.

2. Accounts and minimum age

You must be at least 16 to use HookLab. When accounts launch, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use

You may not: (a) reverse-engineer the service, (b) use it to generate content that infringes copyright, (c) automate requests beyond your plan's limits, (d) resell the service without written permission.

4. Intellectual property

You own the inputs you submit (channel URLs, prompts) and the outputs you generate (ideas, titles, scripts). HookLab owns the software itself.

Ideas generated by Claude are not copyrighted by HookLab — they are yours to use as you wish.

5. Availability and limitations

We make reasonable best-effort to keep the service 99% available, but do not guarantee uptime on the Free plan. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party providers (YouTube API, Anthropic, Vercel).

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that generated ideas will go viral or produce specific outcomes.

6. Pricing and payments

Paid plans (Creator Pro, Studio) are not yet active. Once activated, specific billing, cancellation, and refund conditions will be detailed at checkout and will prevail over these Terms in case of specific conflict.

7. Limitation of liability

In no event shall HookLab be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from service use. Total maximum liability is capped at amounts paid in the last 12 months.

8. Modifications

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be announced 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be resolved in Madrid courts, without prejudice to consumer rights.
